Breakfast is served from 08:00 to 09:00 and you are invited to choose from the following:

Full English, to include:- bacon & sausages (both locally produced), egg, tomatoes, organic mushrooms & baked beans.
Smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on bagel, with tomatoes.
Kedgeree ("khicharbi") with tomato.
Suffolk Black Bacon (cured in molasses for 6 weeks) on toasted sun-dried tomato bread, with cherry tomatoes.
Boiled free-range eggs.
Omelette, or mushroom omelette, with tomato.
Home-cooked croissants.

Freshly-squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit salad, yoghurts and a variety of cereals are provided.

All jams & marmalade are home-made.

Porridge available upon request.

Fresh coffee or tea, with brown or white toast with all options.

Infusions also available.
