Booking Terms and Conditions

1. Validity.

  1. These Terms & Conditions are valid from 1 July 2009 until further notice.

2. Bookings.

  1. A valid credit/debit card is required for all bookings - deposits are not required.

3. Cancellations

  1. There is no charge for cancellations made more than 7 full days before arrival.
  2. Cancellations made less than 7 days from planned arrival time will be liable for the full cost of the planned stay - unless we are able to re-let the room(s).

4. How to Pay.

  1. Final payments can be via credit/debit card or cash.
  2. Cheques are not accepted.

5. Damage.

  1. Guests are responsible for the full cost of any damage they may cause during their stay.
  2. Additionally, where damage caused by guests makes the room unfit for letting, they will be liable for loss of income for each day that the room is unfit for letting.
